REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards 

  • Consulting/Coaching Services

  • Downloadable products 

  • Workbooks

  • Mugs/Drinkware (for sanitary purposes) 

  • Custom Items (binders for examples)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for lost items through the mail.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.

Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All items purchased on sale are final.

Exchanges

Should your purchase arrive damaged, please submit a return request within 14 days, by emailing us at hello@thebougiewealthgroup.com with the following information:

 

Email Subject: "Damaged Item Received"

Full Name

Order Number

Explanation of the defect

High quality photo or video showing the defects.

 

If images are not provided we will not be able to complete you request.The products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged and you may incur additional shipping charges to return the product. If the product is returned in an unused condition we will happily replace the product. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
